From this 25.000 square metre property, you can admire the staggering views offered by the Serranía de Ronda. You can even visit them, and make the most of the hiking routes of Cerro de Las Salinas and Llano de la Cruz that flank the property.
The villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining-living room with fireplace and a 2-place day bed, a completely equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor welcomes a toilet and three bedrooms; one has a double bed , whereas the two other bedrooms are provided with two single beds each. All of them have a TV and, from the huge terrace, you can rejoice the magnificent views of the Sierra. The villa is provided with warm/cool AC in all the rooms and in the living area.
The outdoor area lacks absolutely nothing. The spacious porch, the barbeque, the fenced private pool surrounded by a well-maintained lawn, shrubs and flowers, will welcome countless moments of relaxation. The villa has a private parking lot.
The access is made possible by a 100 mt-long paved lane.
El Polvorilla and El Pelistre are located respectively 2 and 3 km from the villa. There, you can taste the local cuisine.

Lovely area, peaceful location
The location set among olive groves was lovely, close proximity to Ronda and to nearby Arriate. Walking in the mountains was fabulous with lots of sightings of bonelli eagles and gryphon vultures. Communication was excellent and everything about the house was well explained. The villa was clean and well equipped, but would have benefitted from additional outdoor chairs and bistro tables in the pool area and the upstairs balcony. This was a huge area, ideal for sitting out in the evening to catch the last of the sun but had no outdoor furniture. But otherwise a lovely holiday.

All-round carefree package
We had a great stay at this apartment. The hosts are very pleasant and the language barrier was no issue. The location is perfect for several one-day trips. Definitely a recommendation!

Très beau séjour, c’ est un endroit de rêve en pleine nature mais à 15min de Ronda où l’on trouve de tout !! La piscine est magnifique avec une vue incroyable !! Les propriétaires très très sympa !! L’intérieur est très bien mais je trouve qu’une seule salle de bain c'est un peu juste pour 6 personnes !! C’est une location formidable que je recommande vivement ??
