Modern design is quite well done Maybe a little too much dark boutique style We hated the loud music on the roof pool Which reached all the way from to 7th to our 2 floor room

Zero service and don’t care attitude

We have just left here after 5 nights and were booked in 6, we were ready to leave. The hotel was pleasing enough aesthetically but the service and attitude of most of the staff made it a disappointing place to stay. We had breakfast the first day and instead of brewing a fresh pot of coffee for guests they got out the instant coffee 5 minutes before breakfast closed as they couldn’t be bothered to make anymore. This sums up the whole attitude of the copious staff who spent most of their time hanging around the lobby or the rooftop bar. Most of the time it felt like they were on holiday, taking up a whole table on the rooftop smoking and looking at their phones instead of maintaining the space and being on call for guests. They just didn’t seem to care about making anyone feel welcome or making their trip a good one. On top of the food poisoning and hospital trip we experienced (and two lovely people did step in - the guy on reception and the cleaning lady) we have never any reason to go back or recommend this hotel.

Location

Very beautiful Boutique style hotel , just a little far from the center of the city. Beyond this hotel they are building more structures. Perhaps by next year there will be more shops and restaurants around it

Красивый Новый отель в стиле Лофт рядом с аэропортом Батуми, но на окраине города. Номера чистые , сантехника новая. Рядом ведётся строительство .Бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт.

Völlig überteuert, schreckliche Umgebung

Hotel im schlechten Zustand, unser Zimmer hatte Ausblick auf eine Wand, der Strand und das Umfeld sind eine Baustelle, der Flughafen ist in Sichtweite. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Nice stayed

The level of cleanliness in the rooms was average. It is worth taking rooms with sea view - views from the wonderful balconies. Bar service or housekeeping know only Russian. The area around the hotel is a construction site and the very end of Batumi but a taxi for around 5gel you will reach the center. The rooftop pool and view from it is one of the hotel's greatest assets.

We stayed as a family with two children 5 and 8 years old. We liked to have a hammock on the balcony, the view and the pool on the rooftop. We didnt like that the breakfast only started at 9 a. m.,we would have liked to have it earlier. The check in took about 20 minutes, but we had arrived already 12.30 am and we could go to our room after check in and didnt have to wait til 2 o'clock.
