Luxury accommodations in Roppongi

Very good customer service at front desk (helped us get our luggage forwarded to our next hotel during off hours) and concierge service

This hotel I just ok. The downside is expect to que for at least 2 hours checking in at 2 pm make sure you select a superior room still small but ok if only here for a few nights. The hotel has 1250 rooms so expect to line up for breakfast. Breakfast has a great selection. Hotel Restaurant extremely expensive but there are other rests nearby. Ten minutes walk to the Government buildings observatory with great views of the city

Clean, staff was helpful, and it accommodated my family and I well.
