Our apartment is located in a residence (closures equipped with digital codes) green and quiet, enjoying numerous sports facilities: 4 tennis courts (2 quick & 2 synthetic), 2 pools + 1 paddling pool, a beach volleyball court, a basketball court 3 bowling greens, 3 pingpong tables and children's games. Our house consists of 2 rooms (1 bedroom and dining room) with bathroom and bathroom with 1 bath separate 1 mezzanine (1 large room) + 1 loggia which closes at will thanks to a bay window system folding sliding and offers winter and summer an additional living room. In this particularly pleasant and bright room, thanks to the "glass wall" system, you get a total view of the sea bay window is open or closed and you can even out of season, breakfast enjoying a panorama exceptional. You can also enjoy the sun all day either on the balcony with sea view or on our garden terrace overlooking a garden with independent entrance. With automatic watering you can, without constraint, enjoy various Mediterranean trees and shrubs (fig tree, laurel, strawberry tree, aloe, thyme, rosemary ..). Our home is part of a group of terraced houses in a flowery field where it is pleasant to walk. The architectural design of the estate, the density of construction and the importance of the green spaces, are a guarantee of tranquility and avoid the promiscuity that is often confronted in holiday residences.
This accommodation is ideal for 4 people, however pets are not allowed.

Tolle Wohnung um die Cote d'Azur zu erkunden

Wir haben in der Wohnung eine Woche unseres Sommerurlaubes verbracht. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen in einer kleinen Ferienanlage. Es sind zwei große Pools fußläufig zu erreichen ebenso Tennisplätze, Bouleplatz, Volleyballplatz und auch Tischtennisplatten sind vor Ort. Das tolle ist, dass in der Wohnung alle Sportgeräte (Schläger etc.) zur Verfügung stehen. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Mittelmeer und eignet sich gut für Familien mit bis zu 4 Personen. Zwei Punke gibt es zu beachten, die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und der Check Inn Dame vor Ort laufen komplett in Französich. Also Schulfranzösisch rauskramen oder Deepl benutzen. Zweitens Bettzeug muss im Normalfall mitgebracht werden, ansonsten vorher direkt mit Paul besprechen. In Summe eine tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Anlage.

des vacances sans rêves/ holidays without dreams

Das Apartment hat eine tolle und ruhige Lage am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Gastgeber Paul ist sehr freundlich. Das Apartment wurde in der Anzeige mit Wfi / WLan angeboten, das ist aber nicht vorhanden. Wifi ist nur im 100m entfernten Clubhouse am Pool mit schlechter Geschwindigkeit möglich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist abgenutzt, manches kann man nicht mehr benutzen (Bspw. Pfanne). Die Couch ist alt und defekt, man kann nicht darauf sitzen. Die Matratzen sind sehr alt und durchgelegen – kaum schlaf, wenig Erholung. Kleiderschränke nicht nutzbar, vollgestopft mit anderem Zeug des Vermieters. Putz & Farbe rieselt von der Decke auf die Treppe, eine Renovierung wäre hilfreich. --------------------------------------------------------- L'appartement bénéficie d'une situation superbe et calme à flanc de colline avec vue sur la mer. L'hôte Paul est sympathique. L'appartement était proposé dans l'annonce avec Wfi / WLan, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Le wifi n'est possible qu'au clubhouse situé à 100 mètres, au bord de la piscine, avec une mauvaise vitesse. L'équipement de la cuisine est usé, certaines choses ne peuvent plus être utilisées (p. ex. poêle). Le canapé est vieux et défectueux, on ne peut pas s'y asseoir. Les matelas sont très vieux et affaissés - peu de sommeil, peu de repos. Les armoires ne sont pas utilisables, elles sont remplies d'autres affaires du propriétaire. Du plâtre et de la peinture coulent du plafond sur les escaliers, une rénovation serait utile.

Pas le temps de tout faire sur une petite semaine, endroit idéalement placé, très calme avec tout sur place si on ne veut pas bouger. Idéal pour 4 même si la chambre des lits superposés reste petite pour des grands ados. PS: merci pour les vinyles, ça fait plaisir à entendre

Deux petites déceptions, l'appartement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée et pas d'internet sauf à se rapprocher du club house mais qui était fermé. Bref, pas de quoi en vouloir au propriétaire qui n'était pas sur place mais la personne qui vous remet les clés pourrait le tenir informer de l'état réel de l'appartement. Sinon tout fonctionne, on sent que le propriétaire a le sens du bricolage. Pas de voisins pendant notre séjour, un calme .....très appréciable. Terrasse très agréable et 2 piscines désertes, beaucoup de matériel à disposition dans l'appartement, aucune attente dans les restaurants. Pour les vététistes, un paradis tout autour même sans voiture. Avec une carte I.G.N. et le rock d'Azur dans 15 jours, beaucoup de tracés sont déjà fléchés, superbes. Un séjour de 5 jours, trop court mais qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien.

Appartment mit Liebe zum Detail, mit Meerblick, in Residenz, die viele sportliche Möglichkeiten bietet, z.B. einen sehr schönen Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe domaine

Le domaine du haut des Issambres est un domaine très bien entretenu, dôté une vue sur la mer. La piscine en haut du domaine est très belle, propre avec une vue imprenable. Elle est dôtée d’une pateaugeoire, véritable atout pour les familles accompagnées de touts petits. L’appartement est plutôt bien équipé, la communication avec le propriétaire a été fluide et cordiale. Très bon séjour
