The villa offers a really tasteful decorated living space of appr. 250 sqm for eight persons spread over two levels.
O the ground floor the huge and bright living-/dining area is situated, the complete equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk and a bathroom en suite with shower and WC. Additionally the guest toilet and a laundry is available.
A lot of sliding windows are leading to two covered terraces and the spacious pool area with a lot of high quality garden furniture in teak.
The upper floor offers two equal equipped bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x with two single beds), a bathroom with bathtub and WC. Additionally the spacious master bedroom with double bed is situated on this level with a huge terrace, a dressing and a bathroom en suite with shower and WC.
The plot with a size of 1.200 sqm is completely closed and marvelous planted with a lot of various mediterranean plants. The swimming pool with the size of appr. 10 x 4,5 m and a counter current system is centrally located and heatable against fees.
From nearly all rooms and exterior areas you can enjoy a really nice sea view.
The entrance gate is electric and 3-4 cars can be parked within the grounds.
