Luxury villa with garden in a secure residence - beach at 700m

On the French Riviera and the prestigious Gulf of Saint Tropez in particular, we offer for rent our recent and spacious villa of 105 m² with garden in a private domain. It is located in a protected wooded area.
The living room and dining room are spacious, comfortable and bright. They open onto a fully equipped terrace and the private garden with a view of the pine forest and its umbrella pines. Calm guaranteed. Unheated swimming pool to share with other residents of the private residence (accessible from April 15 to October 1).
700 m from the Garonnette beach and the marina of Les Issambres and water activities accessible by footpath. 1km from the Spar supermarket.
We accept pets after prior authorisation for an additional fee of 50€ for one pet.
We have a reasonable and eco-responsible pricing policy, which is why we charge tenants at the end of their stay for the actual consumption of water and electricity according to metre readings (0.20€/kwh and 6€/m3). The cleaning fees at the end of the stay will be charged 150€ payable on site.
We rent this family holiday home during the periods when we are not occupying it. The Domaine de la Pinède is not a classified hotel residence.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung

Mein Ehemann und ich waren 12 Tage im Ferienhaus in Roquebrune sur Argens. Madame Llopis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war super sauber. Wie in der Beschreibung zahlt man 150Euro für die Endreinigung. Für Bettwäsche,Bezüge und Handtücher fallen ebenfalls Gebühren an. Das Haus liegt in einer geschützen Anlage und es war im September wirklich sehr ruhig. Die Bilder beschreiben das Haus korrekt. Den Gemeinschaftspool kann ich ebenfalls sehr empfehlen. Das Wasser war nicht hochgechlort, sehr sauber und die Liegen ebenfalls (ohne Auflagen!). Ein Sparmarkt war in ca. 700Meter vorhanden, allerdings die Einkäufe zu Fuß zu erledigen wäre uns zu umständlich und anstrengend gewesen. Dasselbe gilt für den nächstgelegenen Strand. Da dieser keine WC Anlage hatte sind wir ohnehin immer zu anderen Stränden gefahren. Alles in allem waren es 12 schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus das wir empfehlen können.

Nous avons passé une semaine aux Issambres , la maison était bien placée et fonctionnelle ; un seul bémol : il faisait froid et on ne nous a rien dit du chauffage dans les chambres .....

Erholung im Winter

Das Haus ist innen freundlich, hell und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Vierflammenherd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Bäckerei, Apotheke und ein Spar-Markt. Bis zum Carrefour und LIDL dauert es mit dem Auto eine knappe Viertelstunde. Die touristischen Highlights wie Nizza, Cannes etc. sind gut zu erreichen. Ganz lieben Dank an Madame Llopis für die herzliche Betreuung vor Ort.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble, sauf que; Pas de vue sur la mer comme le montre les photos, piscine fermée m'a-t-on dit mais j'ai cherché et ne l'ai pas trouvée, et accueillis par un tapis de feuilles mortes sur le perron. Plage à 1500m par la route.
