Vacation villa rentals with pool and sea view in Les Issambres. Located 1.1 km from the beach and 1.8 km from the shops, this beautiful neo-Provençal villa offers a magnificent sea view and is available for rent for up to 8 people.
Ground floor: a spacious living room, a dining room, and a kitchen opening onto a terrace and the pool, one bedroom with a shower room and toilet, and a dressing room with an additional toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a dressing room, a bathroom with toilet, all opening onto a terrace with a sea view; two additional sea-view bedrooms, one of which opens onto a terrace; a shared shower room, and a separate toilet.
Additional spaces: utility kitchen, pantry, laundry room.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned. Infinity pool (4.5 x 10 m, 1.50 m deep throughout), secured by an alarm and optionally heated (max 27°C, except in July and August) upon request. Plancha grill. Electric gate. Parking for 3 cars. Wifi.
Pets are not allowed.
Household linen: optional (number of guests to be specified).
Final cleaning €200 (additional charge).
Security deposit €3000 (to be paid upon arrival).
