Toowoomba is a beautiful, converted boat house situated at the water's edge. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa is complete with a private swimming pool and a panoramic roof terrace. The spacious layout includes a large kitchen and dining area, all nestled in the picturesque cove at Les Issambres, just across the bay from Saint Tropez.

The main living area features French doors leading to a terrace that extends over the sea. Above is a stunning private roof terrace with a pool, sunbathing area, and breathtaking views of the sea and Saint Tropez.

The villa and terrace each cover 120 square meters.

The main room includes an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a lounge area with seating, and French doors opening onto the sea-facing terrace.
