Amazing everything!

The property was absolutely pristine. Beautiful views, fabulous location. Owners very helpful. Location was just amazing walks right on the doorstep. The only thing I would have liked would be comfy seating for relaxation in the evenings. Other than that everything was just right.

Magical stay at Roquefixade

The photos dont do justice to what a beautiful village Roquefixade is - absolutely. gorgeous setting up in the mountains with stunning view. Luce and Georges were fantastic hosts. The property was spotless, and kitted out with everything you could need. There is lovely private garden - sitting out there in the morning with a coffee and croissant you can bathe in the bird song and great views. Its a very peaceful setting, but with loads to do in the local area. We visited prehistoric caves, medieval castles, lovely lakes with beaches for swimming and did some great hikes in the Pyrenees that are easy with pre-teen kids. The nearest town with amenities is only a 10 min drive. Absolutely loved it and hope to return! Merci!

Une semaine en Ariège. Le choix de Roquefixade est excellent car à proximité de nombreux sites à découvrir. Le logement est parfait : très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de gout par des hôtes absoluments charmants.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la maison et du village. L'accueil a été très sympa. L'équipement intérieur est top, tout est neuf. Le village est bien situé pour visiter les environs. C'est aussi le point de départ de plusieurs parcours de randonnées.

Merci à nos hôtes très chaleureux, accueillants, dynamiques et discrets.. Gîte magnifique tout confort, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Vue sur les Pyrénées et Montsegur.
