The garden and the swimming pool are to be shared with one person who's living alone on the ground floor.
The house is located in the center of Roquefort les pins and close to shops (medical center, pharmacy, cinema, many good restaurants, winehouse...).
The 1,200m2 garden can accommodate several cars.
You will have a good internet connection in the house.
Around the village, the sea, rivers for swimming are 15 minutes away, Mall 15 minutes away, Nice or Cannes 20 minutes away, Monaco 40 minutes away, St Tropez 1h30 away.
