This nice 2 bedroom apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room, which also has a fan and a new sofa.
The apartment has a very spacious terrace with barbecue and views to one of the swimming pools of the complex, also to the gardens and the Golf Course. An American kitchen, all rooms have windows, giving light and views from every place. One of the Bedrooms has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
It is on the first floor.
The complex has free on street parking.
Within 450 meters there are Restaurants, Bars, Shops and within 550 meters there is a Spar Supermarket. You don't really need to take the car for anything. And just over a 5 kilometers away there is a Mercadona supermarket and an Aldi supermarket.
We are the Property Management company of this apartment with an office only 1 kilometer away, it is called "c.m.s" and we are here to hand over the keys to you, provide any service you need like transport, cleaning, laundry and any general maintenance. We have a 24hr Emergency number.
