Accommodation In Rosans

Make your reservations early, as there is not a wide range of hotel options within easy driving distance of the heart of Rosans.

Although Rosans isn't renowned as Alpes du Sud's accommodation capital, it is home to the Chateau Rosans, which is relatively close to the CBD.

The Hôtel Le Céans is situated 19 kilometres from the middle of Rosans. Another accommodation option is the Hôtel Fifi Moulin, which can be found 20 kilometres away. You could also book the Les Terrasses du Paradis or the Hotel Les Alpins.

You'd have to be a flamin' galah to leave Rosans without taking a look at the other things on offer in Provence - Alpes - Cote d'Azur. Nature lovers will appreciate Provence - Alpes - Cote d'Azur's rural landscapes, beaches, mountains and gorges. If nature's not your thing, spend time at a selection of the area's ruins and traditional villages. Adventurous tourists can also try their hand at picnicking and sunbathing here.

45 kilometres away from Rosans you'll find Agnieres-en-Devoluy, where you can spend the day exploring the Church of Agnieres en Devoluy, La Joue du Loup Ski Resort and Fontettes Ski Lift. Should you wish to stay in Agnieres-en-Devoluy, check out the Madame Vacances Résidence La Crête du Berger and Madame Vacances Les Chalets du Village Bois. Alternatively, you could stay in Tallard, 45 kilometres to the east of Rosans, where you'll find the Hôtel Le Mas d'Estello and INTER-HOTEL Le Cap. The Paradrenalin and Alpin Flying Club are amongst the more popular attractions to check out when visiting Tallard.

Travellers arriving or departing via Chabeuil Airport may choose to book accommodation at the Cerise Valence or the Comfort Hotel Valence, both of which are close.

We loved the Provence region and particularly being out of the busy towns during the summer high tourist season. Definitely need a car there. We flew into Avignon and drove the car to the hotel, as well as drove around during our stay. The hotel was amazing, almost like having an apartment with a separate room for the kids. It was so peaceful and tucked away. Kids loved the 'pool', the small heated one, which is referred to as the hot tub. There is a much larger pool, but much too cold for our Florida kids :) We ate dinner at the restaurant 1 night and it was very good. You are supposed to make reservations ahead of time, which we didn't realize. They fit us in as it was our arrival night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The main village of Sault is only 10 to 15 minute drive away, and you pass through it to get to the hotel. And, big plus, there is a grocery market about a 5 minute drive away. We had a full kitchen and living area, so we cooked dinner a couple nights and stayed in after touring the area during the day. In terms of other miscellaneous info, there was a small playground with swings and a slide. The main office had a lot of brochures and info about the area. There is a detached room/building for self laundry services. Overall, we all loved this location!
