Tucked away up a wooded hillside, is our beautiful home less than a mile from Roscoe's main street, Stewart Ave. Enjoy the convenience of being downtown while feeling secluded in the privacy of 6 forested acres.

Explore Trout Town USA and the great outdoors with tons of fishing, waterfalls, and nature hikes nearby. Experience great shopping, food and
drinks along our main street and neighboring towns, or just snuggle up with a good book on the couch.

Roscoe offers great food and drink options and shopping but is centrally located to neighboring towns like Livingston Manor and Callicoon for even more choices! Always confirm open hours and days online.

Plenty of hiking trails for all levels and distances. Hunt for waterfalls, tube down a lazy river, or swim in a lake!
Of course, if you love fishing then Roscoe is the place to be. We’re not called Trout Town USA for nothing!

Our nearest Ski mountain is Belleayre Mountain Ski Center about 40 min away. Or Holiday Mountain (much smaller) about 30 minutes away.

Don’t forget to check out Bethel Woods Center For The Arts for any concerts that may be happening during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this large, beautiful and well appointed house. We loved the large outdoor deck and sizeable kitchen. The best part was that it was so close to the town of Roscoe but yet felt very secluded up on the hill. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Pros: Basically clean, tv worked, clean linens and towels, great beds.Cons: no ac, outside not mantianed ie firepit etc. Ants, ants, ants! Kitchen is crawling with them. Needs a extermination expert.I have reported to owner who said" oh we saw some". Also has about 3 gouses of "decor", of you have small children this house is not for you. Also very steep driveway with no landscaping.
