With every thing a small village can provide and Roscommon has lots of history . Higgins, Houghton, and Lake St Helen about 15 minutes. To many golf courses to list. Fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, down hill skiing, snow shoeing. Bird watching, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, festivals, Hartwick pines.Pere Cheny, Firemans Memorial, West Branch and Grayling about 20 minutes. Or just kick back and enjoy nature. Very beautiful, new construction, open concept, spacious and super comfortable. Close to Hartwick Pines and the Au Sable is in the back yard. Lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys). Secluded feeling, but close to town. Easy communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Very nice home. Foosball table was a lot of fun. Even though we didn't cook the kitchen was very well stocked. I lived in the area 8 years ago but had forgotten how bad the mosquitoes could be. The wrap around porch was awesome but couldn't sit outside, even with bug spray and citronella candles. Possibly a small screened in section would be nice.
