Loved open space living area , living room with large sectional reclining sofa opened to a moderately stocked kitchen & large table for eating & playing games. Two baths, two bedrooms with king size beds & third bedroom with two queens - though mattresses need replacing on some beds. TV’s in every room. (BYO streaming device) House was very quiet & clean! Great place, nice weekend!

Long Weekend at Higgins

Family and friends drove up to spend a long weekend near Higgins Lake. We’ve headed up north for years and have never stayed near Higgins. Beautiful lake! The house is clean and comfortable and a relaxing space for our home base. Great kitchen. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing it.

They thought of everything

We had an amazing stay! The owner thought of everything! From the nightlights all throughout the home, the box fans, the cute s’mores kit, shower with removable handle to help shower the kiddos and the kcups. So many great little touches! We stay at vacation rentals 2-4 times a year and are quite picky! We would stay here again without hesitation. Wonderful location and the beds were also super comfy. Thank you so much for a great mini vacation!

The house was perfect for family friends staying together. Location allowed for trip down au sable river and is close to multiple places to eat. We enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores ingredients the host left. Beds were comfy, house was clean, Tara was very responsive to all our needs. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful place to stay. Everything feels new. One suggestions. You need washcloths most don’t pack those. Also I would add a plastic pitcher or too in the kitchen along with a hand mixer. I’ve stayed at many Vrbo these always there.
