We really enjoyed our stay ... the kids loved running around the property and going to the nearby park. We roasted marshmallows, barbecued, and played games.

Great location, plenty of space!

Very tidy and lovely property. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Great communication with the host. Conveniently located a few minutes from the boat launch and beach. Very nice and would stay again. We had a great stay!

Quiet and secluded

Host was great, house was stocked above and beyond. Rental was just what me needed while we handled the passing of a family member. For those with children location is great township park is just a short walk away, rental has a huge yard many games and a swing set and a pool table. Township dog park is also a short walk away. South Higgins lake state park and Marl lake trails are about 3 miles away. Dollar General is conveniently located between rental and state park. Host was very friendly and easy to work with even VRBO was experiencing a problem extending our stay. Great communication. This is a great rental and when I return to the area I will be trying to rent again.

Nice stay!

It was great stay. close to Lake Higgins. House was spacious. She was very responsive! I I would recommend this place.
