They are in the process of updating/renovating the property and I feel like it will be great when done. The pool area needs some attention, and only having 4 lounge chairs isn’t reasonable for a whole resort, but the open air lobby/bar is beautiful and so was the view from our balcony on the 4th floor in an updated room. Vivianna the coordinator/concierge couldn’t have been a sweeter person and helped us choose great activities. Food was great but limited options, although prices were reasonable. Downtown Roseau isn’t the best and there are very limited options for dining and anything else in the capital. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Very professional staff. The hotel is central to the capital Roseau, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were able to watch the we sunset from one of their restaurants

We had an Oceanview room in the new block. Couldn't fault it. The staff around the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Aneisha, who always provided excellent service with a smile. 😊

The lady that cleaned my room did not do a good job. She cleaned room 713 on 6 March. The patio still had my towel and a broken bottle and its remnants left on the patio. The iron board was left near the bed

Even though I stayed one night, it was an amazing night. From check in, dinner at the bar, pool having an amazing few of the ocean & cruise ship leaving. The water in the shower gets hot hot (I love it), beds are firm but the pillows are soft. I stayed after the carnival season, but will book again just for a regular vacation because how stunning the property is, how helpful & friendly the staff are & how close it is for me to walk to town. Best part of this stay was a shuttle to the airport. The drive is long & I got motion sickness from it even though I ate. The drivers are super nice though & helped me get cleaned up.

The initial room (108) smelt of mould, tv was not working and couldn’t contact room service as the in room phone was not working- had to go to the bar to access a phone. The second room (206) was even worst, mould on ceiling, around bathroom sink, and in the bathroom. Tv was not working. Wish I could attached pictures to show. Staff was however excellent and breakfast was very good. If it was not for the staff this hotel would receive a zero star from me. Paid £330 for one night not worth it.
