Staff was friendly. Terrible rooms. Not like in the pics what so ever!! False advertisement for Rosenburg OYO. Chevkes in looked in the door and i was out and asked for refund. Idk how they are in service.

Literal roach motel, asked for non-smoking, was given smoking. Laid down on bed and roaches crawled across face when I stood up to turn on the light there were 50 roaches that scurried away. Picked up my jeans to put them back on had to shake out the roaches. Disgusting, health hazard, poor quality hotel. Wife cried. So much for “non-refundable”!

Expedia should not list hotels with this low of quality. The $60 room rate was attractive, but it was not even worth $20. Did not feel safe old bed covers and towels unpainted shelving expose wiring bugs. They did provide soap and two small shower packets and the AC was cold. That’s all.
