Wunderbar!

Die Lage des Appartements ist einmalig, direkt an der Promenade und am Strand. Wir waren im September da, insofern hielt sich der Geräuschpegel der Restaurants unten im Rahmen. Das Appartement und die Ausstattung waren sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mooi appartement op prachtige plek

Het appartement ligt iets buiten Roses, direct aan het strand en de boulevard. Prachtig uitzicht. In de woning is alles aanwezig voor prettig verblijf, wel wat kaal qua inrichting.

Bonne impression , mais peut mieux faire

Location confortable pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants; trop juste pour 6. Petits convecteurs mobiles inadaptés pour la température que nous avons subit (entre 3° et 6°) Prise de courant défectueuse dans la chambre à 2 petits lits. Matériel et couverts de cuisine insuffisants,verres ébréchés, ne permettent pas de recevoir les 6 personnes indiquées au contrat. La chambre avec les 2 petits lits n'est ni étanche à l'air, à l'eau, et au jour (l'eau de pluie,indépendamment de la condensation, pénètre par la porte d'entrée et les joints de baie vitrée, idem pour l'air et le vent, les 3 stores " occultant " n'ont que le nom car il sont très loin d'être jointifs et dans un état moyen). Il est vrai que cette chambre n'est en fait qu'une véranda! Parasol extérieur en lambeaux! A part ces remarques qui peuvent être corrigées, cette location bénéficie d'un très grand balcon ou l'on doit se sentir bien dès qu'il fait beau, d'une vue dégagée magnifique, d'un accès à la plage et au front de mer sans route à traverser. Et,pour finir, le plaisir de pénétrer dans une location propre.
