The first terrace is covered to be enjoyed even in rainy or windy weather and features a table with chairs and a chaise longue for relaxing; the second outdoor terrace has a barbecue, table with chairs, and sun loungers.

The barbecue is unique, built with traditional handmade Catalan tiles, and sits beneath a fantastic pergola with stunning sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, DeLonghi Nespresso Vertuo, blender, kettle, citrus juicer, an extra-large fridge and freezer, and much more.

The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a 50" flat-screen satellite TV, and heating for the winter season.

Bed linen and towels are included. Private covered parking is available near the property, along with a shared laundry room featuring washing machines, dryers, and an iron.

Please note that due to some stairs, access may be difficult for individuals with limited mobility or when carrying children who cannot yet walk.

Canyelles beach is a 5-minute walk from the property, and Almadrava beach is a 15-minute walk away via a wonderful coastal path with breathtaking views.

In season, Canyelles beach offers excellent, high-quality restaurants in enviable locations, cafes, and two small supermarkets very well equipped with everything needed to spend a holiday without using a car. During the summer season, the beach is connected every hour to the center of Roses by a shuttle bus.
