Apartment located in a privileged area of ​​Roses, with beautiful views of the sea. We did not enjoy our stay there at all. First of all, it was too hot to be comfortable because of no air conditioning. We left tired and eager to go home. We literally felt like camping in there. The apartment lacks the most basic amenities, especially the kitchen: no toaster for example, that should tell you something…The owner did not even try to make it welcoming, none of the furnishing match, you may find a stool as a night stand type of set up. Parking was horrible, we spent the first half trying to park in their garage, it is so tight that it would take 20 min to get in If not all cars are in. Sometimes you couldn’t even get in. We ended up parking illegally in the street the second part of the trip. (Parking is actually a huge problem in roses )To be clear, the agency is not to be blamed, they just run the show. In a nutshell, you might enjoy it if you’re college kids but if you’re looking for any type of basic comfort, good luck

Appartement bien équipé (ventilateurs, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, 2 réfrigérateurs, 2sdb, etc.). Nous avons notamment apprécié : - L'appartement au même niveau que la piscine avec une grande terrasse qui offre un accès direct sur le bassin. - La réactivité de l'équipe de l'agence immobilière - L'accès direct à la mer au pied de l'immeuble (rochers guère fréquentés, au calme) Nous avons déploré l'accès mal aisé à la place de parking avec notre véhicule (5m x 1,9m) sachant qu'il est nécessaire d'utiliser sa voiture pour le ravitaillement ; ainsi que l'absence de places de parking visiteurs tant dans l'espace privé que public... Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable entre piscine et mer, à l'écart du tumulte du centre où l'on peut se rendre en une vingtaine de minutes à pied pour profiter des restos et bars.
