Immo Barneda Roses .Our very nice spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor. Access from the garden to the sea circle path, which leads you directly to the beach of Canyelles Petites.

- Spacious apartment on the first floor, very well equipped with attention to all the details.

- Living / dining room with large picture window which opens onto the terrace with splendid sea views. A sofa bed, two sofas, table, 6 chairs, sideboard and side tables. Satellite TV (free channels in all languages). Direct WiFi (free).

- sunny with table and chairs, and spectacular view of the Bay of Roses.

- Fully fitted American kitchen, with 4 hotplates oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, all necessary utensils and storage cupboards at the top and bottom.

- A bedroom with a large bed of 1.50m, wardrobe,

- Another bedroom with two single beds, new mattresses this year.

- 2 bathrooms (bath, shower, sink, WC).



We offer the option for you to bring your own sheets and towels or you can opt for our service with a supplement of €15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person.

LOCATION IN ROSAS



Residence Mare Nostrum is located between Canyelles Petites and Rosas. 5 minutes on foot along the circular path and you arrive at Canyelles beach, and 2 km in the other direction and you arrive at Roses, a typical old fishing village, converted into a cosmopolitan holiday town, while retaining its old world charm. In particular its long promenade lined with palm trees, its cafes with their large terraces seen from the sea, its pedestrian streets and their small shops and bistros, and its fishing port which gives an appointment to the fishing boats by returning every evening between 17. 00h and 18. 00h.

In Roses there is a mini golf course with a children's park, several large supermarkets, night bars, disco, water park, go-karting, and boat trips.



A few kilometers to the north, along the coast, and you come to some pretty little coves, with sandy beaches and turquoise water. Sea excursions depart from the port, to the Medas Islands marine reserve to the south, or "pirate journeys" to small, more secluded coves in the pure Costa Brava to the north.



Roses today is a small autonomous town with all kinds of shops; supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants, schools, medical center, private doctors, dentists, hairdressers, veterinarian.

Nice property

Nice property in very good location. Nice restaurants near by. The property felt a little tired with a few things that brought my score down to a 4 One of the bathroom doors could not be closed at all. It has clearly been like that for sometime. Corded clothes dryer on the balcony needs replacing I would supply bath mats as the baths are very slippery when having a shower There is an electrical box (high up) that really should have a cover over it.

A great week with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea

I spent a week at this nice flat in La Roses, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The flat is large and airy, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We all loved going to bed listening to the Mediterranean washing over the rocks. The best beach is definately the smaller one - turn left at the pathway outside the flat - with beautiful waters and only very limited souvenir shops.

Bel emplacement mais prix prohibitif

Nous avons passé un beau séjour de 2 semaines sur la Costa Brava. L'appartement est bien situé avec le chemin de ronde qui mène à la plage de Canyelles petites en 5-10min à pieds et à Rosas en un peu plus d'1/2h. Avantage d'avoir un parking sur la résidence. Concernant l'appartement celui-ci est spacieux mais serait à remettre au goût du jour car un peu vétuste et un tarif quelque peu cher au vue de la prestation donnée sans mentionner que tout est en supplément (chauffe eau qui fuit / cuisine et salles de bain vieillotes / stores sur la terrasse non fonctionnels mais jugés non nécessaires par l'agence lorsque signalés cassés / climatisation qui s'écoule directement sur la terrasse qui est de fait tout le temps mouillée / chaînes satellites absentes, etc..) Je ne recommanderai donc pas cette location avec un prix a 250€/nuit

Bel appartement mais avec une vue sur la mer gachée par la présence d'arbres en bordure du chemin cotier. Quelques éléments étaient défectueux (un store sur terrasse HS, pas de table à repasser, des prises de courant cassées, un aspirateur qui n'aspire rien). J'en ai fait part à l'agence qui nous a aussitôt déposé une table à repasser, fait réparer les prises de courant défectueuses. Quant au store, 2 ouvriers sont intervenus le même jour maisil fallait commander une pièce.

Belle vue !!!

Très belle vue, Appartement spacieux, pratique avec les 2 salle de bains. Petir bémol sur l'équipement de l'appartement. Pas assez de couvert, l'aspirateur fonctionne peu, les balais et autres éléments pour le nettoyage sont à remplacer. Penser à demandé un autre jeu de clé. Pour que l'appartement soit parfais il manque quelque éléments de confort. Mais c'est les vacances et c'était bien !!!

Un appartement hyper confortable et une situation idéale.

Appartement d’un confort absolu avec une très grande terrasse face à la mer et une place de stationnement indispensable en période estivale. Nous avons loué celui-ci durant de semaine début août, un moment où il y a sans doute le plus de monde à Roses, avec une circulation très difficile et pesante. L’avantage est justement que ce très bel appartement est situé à Canyelles Petites avec un accès direct par le jardin au chemin de ronde et la mer par les rochers, à la magnifique plage de Canyelles, quelques bars très sympas et deux petites supérettes (5 minutes à pied), l’accès par le GR au début du Parc naturel du Cap de Creus... Cette position géographique plus tranquille n’empêche pour autant pas de profiter du centre de Roses et ses animations accessibles par le chemin de ronde, en dehors de la circulation, en longeant la mer et le port (20 minutes de marche très agréable). En résumé, pour nous les vacances idéales !

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderschön. Inklusive Meeresrasuchen non stop. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub, nicht zu Letzt wegen der schönen Unterkunft. Besonders erwähnenswert war die absolut perfekte Abwicklung von der Agentur vor Ort. Herr Barneda war ein äußerst kompetenter Ansprechpartner, der uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gegeben hat gut aufgehoben zu sein. Auch bei zwei kleinen Problemen die wir hatten wurde sofort Hilfe geleistet. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.
