Bonjour, Nous venons de passer une semaine avec deux couples et 3 enfants. La maison est parfaite moderne propre et bien equipee. La residence est vraiment agreable. Concernant Carmen c est vraiment une personne au top elle est a l Ă©coute, elle repond tres rapidement et surtout vraiment arrangeante. Bravo a elle !!!!

Maison calme et agréable

Maison calme et agrĂ©able, le mĂ©nage avant d’arrivĂ© sur place est fait je pense par les anciens locataires, et non pas par la gĂ©rante, il y avait encore de la vaisselle pas faite et des glaces dans le congĂ©lateur. Pas de d'Ă©tats des lieux, ni de checks-liste pour savoir se qu’il y a dans la maison, et je me permets de rajouter que n’ayant pas fait d'Ă©tats des lieux, ni Ă  l’entrĂ©e ni Ă  la sortie, la gĂ©rante s’est permis de nous retirĂ© une coquette somme sur la caution sous prĂ©texte qu’il manquait une taie d’oreiller qui Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  manquante! J’ai eu beau expliquĂ© que nous n’allions rien faire avec UNE TAIE, plus de nouvelles,ni d’échange avec la gĂ©rante. Penser bien Ă  ramener vos draps, car ceux dĂ©jĂ  sur place, ont une odeur de renfermĂ© bizarre, on n’a tout enlevĂ© et tout mis dans le placard.. Du coup faite bien le tour de la maison des l’arrivĂ©e, photo et envoie par mail Ă  la gĂ©rante. Mise Ă  part sa, la vue est trĂšs jolie, il y a la piscine, c’est calme. Dans le descriptif, il y a un court de tennis qui n’ai jamais ouvert, fermer avec un cadenas Ă  code, mais nous n’avo Pas eu le code! De plus, nous sommes Ă  1800m de la plage, c’est certainement le cas,le problĂšme, c’est que la maison est perchĂ©e Ă  une hauteur qui fait que nous ne pouvons pas descendre Ă  pied, voiture obligatoire, mĂȘme le vĂ©lo c’est pas la peine ou alors un vĂ©lo Ă©lectrique. Du coup pas de plage parce que le parking est payant en bas.. Je recommande si quelqu’un veut se reposer en fessant quelques sorties, mais celui qui veut faire la plage, rentrer la plage,les magasins, la plage etc..compliquer..libre Ă  vous de voir..

MAison agréable dans un beau complexe résidentiel. Beau point de vue sur les ruines de puig ROM.

A proximité, la vue sur la baie de Rosas est à couper le souffle.
