Beautiful design apartment, completely renovated in May 2017, in front of sea with a splendid panoramic view. Located on the promenade of Roses, in front of the beach of Salatar whereyou will find a playground for children. Sunny and modern, tastefully decorated, this apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sensational holiday on the Costa Brava. It is composed of: living / dining room with sofa-bed and large windows giving access to a large terrace, an office area, a modern and very well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds), each one with a private bathroom, and a separate WC. Equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, reversible air-conditioning, electric shutters. Free WIFI. Community parking in private enclosure. PETS NOT ALLOWED. SMOKERS NOT ALLOWED.
