Vive l'Espagne !
Emplacement idéal.
On se sent en sécurité.
Plage et commerces à proximité et supermarchés à bon prix. On peut tout faire à pieds.
PENSER A RESERVER L'EMPLACEMENT GARAGE (par écrit car la propriétaire oublie...) sinon les places de parking sont chères...
Appartement bruyant de par sa situation (avenue) et le voisinage (voisine du dessous bronchitique).
Sinon séjour parfait !

Appartement bien situé et ensoleillé près de la plage et du centre de Roses.
Dommage que nous ayions connu de nombreux désagréments : place de parking inaccessible, canapé inutilisable( Ce qui a obligé une personne de notre groupe de soixantenaires à dormir par terre !) nombreuses fuites d'eau ( La plomberie a largement besoin d'être rénovée !), puissance électrique insuffisante pour se chauffer et cuisiner en même temps...
