Strandnähe,Ausblick, Gründliche Reinigung des Bodens, der Fenster, Kein Radioempfang.,fehlende Antenne. Zweitschlüssel wäre angebracht..

LOGEMENT TRES AGREABLE

l'emplacement proche de la mer intervention rapide du réparateur pour la machine à laver il serait bien d'avoir une place de parking attribué à ce logement : nous avons eu des difficultés ànous garer. Mon mari qui marche difficcilement (handicap) ne trouvait pas de place proche du logement.

Un excellent séjour face à la mer

L’etat, la situation, le confort et la propreté du logement. Et puis le calme et la proximité à pied par le bord de mer, du centre de Roses, mais en avril, il n’y avait que très peu de monde Cela ne m’a pas concerné puisque j’y ai passé le mois d’avril, donc totalement hors-saison, mais j’imagine que de mai à septembre, l’absence de place de parc affectée au logement, doit être problématique pour un locataire

La situation géographique de l´appartement la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et sur Rosas, la plage en bas de l´appartement, le parking, et le confort de l´appartement où il ne manque rien pour passer des vacances idéales ´
