Welcome to our charming house for rent in Roses, Costa Brava! Located just 400 meters from Santa Margarita Beach, this cozy house is ideal for those looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea. ☀️🌊
The house is a spacious and comfortable property that can accommodate up to 12 people. The house has five bedrooms, making it ideal for large groups or families. There are also three bathrooms with showers for added convenience. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏡
Inside the house, we find a spacious dining room with seating for all guests to enjoy meals together. There are two additional sofa beds to accommodate additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals and has enough space to cook for large groups.
There is a communal pool in the adjacent building.

La maison n’est pas équipée pour recevoir de grands groupes surtout pour la cuisine, nous avons demandé à l’agence plus de couverts et assiettes. La maison est entourée d’immeubles et n’est pas au calme. L’agence a été néanmoins très réactive.
