Large apartment with independent entrance, completely renovated in 2013 maintaining the charm of the past. Located on the first floor of a country house, it has a large private garden where you can relax. Consisting of a bright living room, large eat-in kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and 80 com shower. From the windows you can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside with olive trees and cypresses. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, sun loungers and barbecue.

The sea of ​​the Etruscan Coast is 5 minutes away (less than 3km). The beaches are both free and equipped. A splendid pine forest perfect for walks, picnics in the shade, bike rides.
If you want, you can rent bikes at our facility starting from €3 for half a day!
The town of Vada offers a nice center with bars, restaurants and shops and many beaches.
Supermarkets of all kinds and for every need are within a radius of 4 km.

Kein Ferienhaus

Wir hatten das Domizil als Ferienhaus gebucht, waren aber mehrere Wohnungen. Garten nicht benutzbar, da immer andere Gäste. Außerdem direkt an der Straße, Lärm ohne Ende. Eisenbahn in direkter Entfernung. Zusätzlich wurden wir am 1. Tag ab 8 Uhr geweckt von lautem Mähen direkt um unser Haus. Um 11 Uhr fluchtartig Haus verlassen. Die nächsten 2 Tage waren Mähdrescher und Erntemaschinen rund ums Haus tätig. Dann 2 Tage Ruhe und dann wieder Gras mähen rund ums Haus ab 8 Uhr. Um 11Uhr habe ich dann gefragt ob wir terrorisiert werden sollen. Wir wollten eigentlich nur unsere Ruhe, dies war absolut nicht möglich.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir durften zwei herrliche Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Francesca und ihrer Familie verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Vada,, etwas ausserhalb des Ortes und ist von den Olivenbäumen der Besitzer umgeben. Die Räume waren zu 110 % sauber und ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Strategisch ist man sehr nahe am Meer, wobei es nettere Strände etwas weiter südlich und gut erreicht gibt (Bibona). Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Livorno, Pisa, Volterra, San Giimigniano) sind mit dem Auto gut durchführbar. Wir würden diesen Agriturismo uneigenschränkt empfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen !
