Apartment 1 - 1st OGThe friendly living / sleeping area of the apartment is equipped with a box spring double bed (also to use as single beds) in 4 star hotel quality, a small chair suite with adjustable backrests, a table, a workplace, bedside table, a sideboard and a walk-in closet ,

Our apartment and our apartments are located in a central location in the center of Warnemünde. Our house is located directly on the spa park and shopping you will find, inter alia, in a EDEKA market, at a distance of about 200m. The beach and the main points such as old electricity, train station, marina and promenade are only a short walk from our apartments. In approx. 150 m distance is the bus stop. All apartments are quiet to the green courtyard side. A parking space can be booked with the landlord directly for a fee if available. Arrival from 15 o'clock departure till 10 o'clock 10% down payment within 7 days after booking on the account, final payment cash on the spot.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.

Zentral gelegenes Appartement

Das Appartement war klein aber fein und befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine längere Treppe erreichbar. Die Entfernungen zum Strand und zum Zentrum waren ungefähr 200 Meter. Parkmöglichkeit bestand in einer Tiefgerage, ca 5 Minuten entfernt.
