The stylishly furnished apartment Elena convinces with a charming old building atmosphere, which is created by the floorboards and the high ceilings. The large west-facing balcony invites you to relax and the approximately 35m² combined living and sleeping area offers you with the integrated kitchenette everything for a relaxing holiday for two.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! The fantastic location of our apartments Elena, Klara and Madlen, in the heart of Warnemünde, offers all the conditions for a relaxing holiday. Wake up to the seagulls, linger on the white sandy beach just 350 meters away, or stroll along the promenade. Afterwards you can enjoy a great shopping experience at the Alter Strom in numerous boutiques. Our villa in a beautiful spa architecture offers all the possibilities for a relaxing holiday. The lovingly and maritime furnished apartments offer space for 2 to 3 people. Our apartments are exclusively reserved for non-smokers. We are happy to provide parents with infants a high chair and a travel cot for an extra charge. The bicycles can be accommodated in the courtyard (closed) or in the basement. There are the usual fees for visitor's tax in Warnemünde, which we charge separately. The reservation of a parking space is only possible upon availability and on request. We wish you a wonderful holiday and want you to feel comfortable with us. Arrival from 15 o'clock departure till 10 o'clock 30% down payment within 7 days after reservation on the account, remaining payment 4 weeks before arrival on the account. A deposit of 100 euros will be charged with the tax by the landlord. The landlord writes you.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Sie war sauber, die Terrasse wunderbar...nur die auf den Fotos zu sehende Couch/Sessel waren leider nicht vorhanden. Das war etwas schade ... vor allem bei längerem Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung.Ansonsten kommen wir gern wieder.

Klein, aber fein

Vorweg, wir kennen Warnemünde in- und auswendig. Die Lage der Fewo ist 1a, alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Toller großer Balkon. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolut ruhig. Toll war auch der Bücherschrank im Flur. Schön waren zwei einfache Sessel, damit man am Abend noch ein bisschen gemütlich sitzen könnte. Es war sauber, allerdings müsste das Putzteam auch darauf achten, dass die Kaffeemaschine gereinigt ist. Diese war komplett verschimmelt (Filtertüte war ein schimmliger Haufen) konnte erst nach vielen Durchläufen mit heißem Wasser und Essig durch uns genutzt werden. Wir würden die Wohnung aber wieder mieten.

Top Wohnung in Top Lage

Der ganze Aufenthalt war in der Wohnung klasse, zumal der Balkon auf der Sonnenseite ist. Es war alles hervorragend!!! Das einzige Makel stellten wir beim Betten abziehen fest, da sowohl bei den Kopfkissen, als auch bei den Oberbetten Unsauberkeiten ans Tageslicht kamen. Hier sollte mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit seitens der Servicekräfte gelegt werden. Da dieser Punkt sicherlich geklärt wird, kommen wir immer gerne wieder!

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

1 Punkt Abzug für die Fahrradstellplätze, bei wenig Rädern für 3 Wohnungen o.k., alles andere gestaltet sich schwierig. Das Problem ist schwer zu lösen bei den schmalen Gängen, der Keller gibt auch keinen Platz her u. ist schwer zugänglich. Wird aber laut Inserat angeboten..

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnlage ist super! Wir haben diese Wohnung für einen „Mutter- Tochter“ - Kurztrip gemietet, alles klappte ohne Probleme. Sie ist sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die weiteren Mieter im Haus sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Warnemünde ist immer eine Reise wert!

Objekt ist wie beschrieben und auf Fotos dargestellt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus wurde mit Liebe zum Detail saniert, was überall zu spüren ist. Sie befindet sich im Herzen Warnemündes, gleich am Kirchplatz. Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen. Die große Terrase lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet bis in die Abendstunden Erholung bei Sonnenschein.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für zwei Personen. Wir hatten noch ein Kleinkind dabei. Es ist zweckmässig und auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Die jungen Vermieter sind flexibel und haben ein offenes Ohr und geben sich große Mühe.
