Apartment II:
This apartment is a 40sqm two-room apartment for 2 to 3 people on the ground floor with separate living and sleeping area and has the following amenities: double bed with linen, pantry - kitchen with small fridge and stove, bathroom with shower / WC, hairdryer and towels. There is a Smart TV, WiFi, some books and games. The pantry kitchen is stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, a filter coffee and Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle and other utensils. In the basement of the house you will find an ironing board, iron, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products, if you need them.  All apartments are non-smoking apartments.  The entrance to the apartment house is due to the typical architecture in the Alexandrinenstrasse with about 70cm quite narrow. Unfortunately, we can not allow pets.

MAISON ARTThe apartment house MAISON ART is a former captain's house and is located in one of the most beautiful streets in the middle of Warnemünde. The four lovingly and individually furnished apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, parquet floors, pantry kitchens and shower baths. They have a separate entrance and have access to the idyllic rock garden behind the house. All apartments are Non smoking apartments. Unfortunately, we can not allow pets. A fenced parking space can be provided for a fee of 7.50 € per day and is payable in cash on the spot. The parking lot is located at the entrance of Warnemünde and is about 900 meters from the apartment house. Please contact us after booking by phone or email if you would like to book a parking space. The number is limited, so we have to check availability. The price includes the rental price per night & apartment including utilities.  The final cleaning is additional. At Easter and between Christmas and New Year's Eve, the prices of the main season apply. Your booking will be binding with the deposit of 20% of the total price within 14 days of the booking and must be transferred to the said account. The balance has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival to the account. Arrival from 15 o'clock departure until 10 o'clock

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
