Short walkways to the beach as well as to the pedestrian area with "the old stream" and its numerous restaurants and ships await you. The mill street with bakers, butchers and shops is 50 meters away, the church square about 150 meters.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt - mitten im Zentrum und dennoch etwas ruhiger. Das Haus ist gepflegt, es gibt einen Aufzug, sodass man nichts schleppen muss. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was benötigt wird, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Super schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Sehr nah zum Strand und zu allen Geschäften. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. … ich war noch nie in Warnemünde, doch schon oft an der Ostsee ( Hiddensee, Usedom, Rügen, Stralsund etc). … spannendes kleines Städtchen mit unglaublich vielfältiger Architektur nebeneinander … mittelalterliche kleine Häuschen, das Kurhaus aus den20/30 er Jahren und das Hotel Neptunn aus der DDR - Ära … ein Spannungsfeld … großartig.

Wunderbar mittig gelegen

Die Fewo liegt wunderbar mittig, zwischen der Ostsee, den Geschäften, den Restaurants, nahe dem Alten Strom... Gut geeignet für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind. Mehr Aussicht aus den Fenstern (Blick auf eine Wand) wäre schön gewesen. Dass wir die Garage nutzen konnten, war sinnvoll.
