The hotel was in a great location in this quaint town. Very clean though we found it quite austere for the price. The breakfast is great and worth the price. Very nice and kind gentleman working in the evenings. Lady working in the morning is clearly not a fan of guests - though maybe she's better with Germans and just doesn't like foreigners.

This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement.

Zimmer im Keller erwischt. Nur ein Fenster zum engen Innenhof, dadurch ist das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Das Hotel insgesamt sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Checkin und - out easy/komfortabel.
