The accommodations were great! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Used the gas grill several times. Also used dishwasher and laundry and both worked great! It was in a nice neighborhood- we took a 3-mile walk everyday on the only sidewalks we really seen in the area. Did have a 10 min drive to beach and parking was an issue but that is Florida. Explored the area for different restaurants and found some good ones. If golfing is your thing, golf course very close. Overall enjoyed our stay very much!!

Relaxing home

We had an excellent stay in this very clean and well-appointed home. There was ample parking and it was in a safe and well maintained area. We had easy access to the beach and to stores in the area.I will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and inviting. We loved how close it was to the beaches and had easy sidewalk access for taking walks. The communication with our host was great and the duplex had everything our family needed.

Home away from home

We lived in Rotonda until 2024 and have friends still living there. And we were able to visit our favorite restaurants, specifically Ken & Barb’s on Placida Road.The weather was perfect every day except the day we arrived. Marina allowed us to check in sn hour earlier because we had been driving all day in rain and arrived before the usual check in time. There are 3 televisions in this condo, a larger group would be comfortable in this 3 bedroom two bathroom unit.

Attractive home

The pictures accurately describe the home. It is attractive, clean and comfortable. All initial basic needs are provided. Note only 3 can comfortably sit on living room couch, but dining table seats 6 and bar stools 4.The most significant negative for us was that the home is at the edge of a community with no street lights. It was incredibly dark and difficult to see where to turn for several blicks.

Great hosts

The hosts are great. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got in after 8pmand I was having trouble with the VRBO app, but they answered quickly and were kind knowing I probably woke them up. I plan on booking again next year when we come this way.
