Beautifully updated electrically heated pool home on a large private corner lot with a canal view in Rotonda West. Pool heat available for an additional nightly charge of $20.00. If pool heat is desired, please let the host know so the charge can be included.

This house has a split layout that is perfect for a large family or for multiple families traveling together. The open layout includes a kitchen with eating area, stainless steel appliances, and a large counter top with bar stools. The living area has reclining seating arrangements with a 55 inch smart television with Google TV and other streaming apps are available. The split bedroom concept between the main living areas provide privacy.

The screened in pool area is perfect for enjoying the Florida scenery and lifestyle. The heated pool area has seating and an electric grill. The pool patio has pocket sliding glass doors for easy access from the master bedroom, queen bedroom and living room.

The house was great and just as advertised! The check-in process was smooth and as explained in the instructions. The house had everything we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked- pans, dishes, utensils, small appliances! Our family enjoyed the pool and patio and my kids especially loved night swims! The provided beach equipment was awesome; we loved visiting the Englewood and Venice beaches and it was so nice to have the chairs, umbrella and toys. Lastly, the community park was an added bonus – just a short drive, and we enjoyed the Pickleball courts and playground! You won’t be disappointed staying here!
