The screened lanai features a custom stone wall with a 75 inch TV, electric fireplace, and deluxe paver patio. The salt-water pool includes swim-out, two tiered deck, waterfall and heat pump heating. The heat pump pool heater maintains pool to 84degF and is included with the rental price. Mature, professional landscaping featuring more than 40 palm trees surround the lanai for total pool privacy. Front and backyard landscaping is illuminated with low voltage lighting for an unforgettable night-time ambience. The pool includes a large mesh container of several pool toys, large basketball goal and mesh floater rafts for adults and kids alike.

The lanai family area also includes a dining table for 7 featuring 4 wicker swivel rockers and a large wicker sofa, coffee table, 75" TV w/Roku and electric fireplace for special evenings.

Living Room and Dining
The living room has lanai access via 2 double French doors and features an extra large sectional with seating for 5+ people and an extra large, exquisite cherry armoire housing a 65” TV w/Roku, Blu-ray player and 5.1 sound bar. The dining room consists of an elegant 6 chair dining table and french door lanai access. Free WiFi throughout the home.

Kitchen/Dining
The kitchen has white shaker cabinets with dark granite counters and island bar seating 3. A nearby elegant carved wood dining table seats 6. Dining sets and utensils are provided It’s also fully outfitted with french door refrigerator with dual ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, ninja air fryer, ninja drink blender, deluxe 4 slice toaster, dual Keurig/coffee maker, crock pot, electric skillet, large griddle, flip waffle maker, large stainless steel gas grille, pots/pans and more.

Bedrooms 1/2/3
The Master Suite and Bedroom 2 are both open to the pool thru double french doors and both feature king beds with Tommy Bahama hybrid mattresses. This “double master king” configuration is perfect for a pair of vacationing couples or families. They both also feature 55” and 43” flat screen TV’s respectively.
Bedroom 3 features a queen memory-foam topped mattress and a 40” flat screen TV. All bedrooms have furnished linens and towels.

Bedrm4/Den
Bedroom 4/Den is a multi-use room great for kids with a queen trundle-style sleeper sofa with 4” foam and a separate Twin XL bed with 6” foam suitable for adults. The 50” TV and blu-ray player round out the room. Several board games, books and a dvd library are also available.

Office
Bedroom4/Den also is a full functioning office with closable doors for those meetings that can’t be avoided on your vacation, JUST ADD YOUR OWN LAPTOP to be setup for any zoom, teams or webex meeting!

Baby Accessories
A jogging stroller with large wheels for beach use, a quick fold deluxe umbrella stroller for site seeing are available. A pack and play with baby bassinet and strap-on high chair is also included for littles ones stored in bedroom 3 closet.

Bike and Beach Accessories
26 and 29" men's bikes, and two 26" women's bikes are available all with helmets and a bike pump.
Large beach wagon, boogie boards, rolling cooler, bag cooler, shell shovels, floating shell sieve, 8 beach chairs, 2 large umbrellas, no-sand blanket, sand castle toys, and mesh shelling bags are all available. All located in the garage. Several multi-sized beach towels and beach carry -all bags are provided as well in the hall closet.

Rotonda West provides free tennis courts nearby and of course golfing is all around.
