House was Great--- Neighbor was RUDE

House was Great, Pool Was Great but while outside around the pool the neighbor to the North was VERY rude and yelling at us. Calling us names (swearing at us) and even threating to shoot us. We will be filing a police report. Hopefully the property manager or the owner of the house will get his issue under control before he really does shoot a guest.

Great Value

We (mid 70s) stayed here 4 nights while we closed & moved into a home nearby. Only used the primary bedroom and both bathrooms. The mattresses are firm and great water pressure. The furnishings are as depicted, and the kitchen is well equipped. The host is very responsive. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars the home is on a busy street which noise level can be heard from the front side of the house. Luckily the main family room and primary bedroom are on the back side which is very quiet. Maybe this was more noticeable to us since our four-legged companion is of the nervous nellie type. Note: If you do not purchase insurance your credit card will be charged a 5,000 deposit (not a hold) until 21 days after departure date. Plan on paying the interest on you card until VBRO reverses the charge. VBRO advised me either the host or owner requires this method.
