Lovely unit which was perfect for our family. Clean, easy access in a quiet area. Good amenities, comfortable bed and comfortable living areas. Good communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Unable to open windows. No cupboard shelves or hangers. No safety mat in the shower. Shower door doesn't prevent water from deipping on floor. A change of towels needed. TV hinges loose. Dining chairs wobbly. Lovely kitchen and living room furnishings.

I can’t actually review this particular property as we were moved to an alternate location due to ‘maintenance works’. The alternate property wasn’t very clean and seemed to be in a ‘dodgy’ neighborhood, with pipe works occurring all day Friday and again Saturday when we woke up

This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again.

The security at this property is a joke. None of the windows had proper locks. Pieces of wood were in the slider tracks to act as 'locks'. There were no instructions on how to operate the appliances. We could not get the hob to work. This was a big issue as we chose this place so we could cook our own meals. On the positive side the beds were very comfortable. The bathtub is a safety hazard as it had no hand rails and the bottom was extremely slippery... TERRIBLE from a safety standpoing.

Inside of the property was some what equipped had most things you needed to feel comfortable Few improvements •Netted curtains for the living room for privacy •More cooking equipment pots pans bowls •Unsure of the open sugar seems like the people before us used it well.. •Shower door made it awkward to run the bath •Better ventilation for bathroom to help with excess condensation •House hold items left by the shed in open view •Significant drop in backyard no fence unsafe for small children •Personal items left behind from previous family’s • Uneven driveway to house •Better Communication with tenants next door in regards to parking arrangement •Internet unable to stay connected to the Tv keep dropping out to many times very slow on other devices unable to connect to Netflix Positives •Beds were comfortable •Cleaning standards were good •Heat pump in living room and two small heaters in each room to keep you warm during the cooler mouths This property will suite older or mature people would not recommend for family’s with young children situated in a quiet cul-de-sac short walk to dairy has few takeaway stores available over all our stay wasn’t unpleasant just needs a few tweaks and a back fence 3 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

The house has been refurbished very well and the drive was newly laid concrete. However, the walk to the front door was uneven and as we are not young, quite unsettling. The amenities inside were great and we had a very comfortable stay.
