The cleanliness of the open areas was poor. Cleaning staff in morning close to rude well before check out time. Check out was grumpy when we asked for luggage storage. Only upside was the woman serving in the sports bar who was amazing.

The parking fee is a 25 Euro which is very expensive, no air dryer in the bathroom, no iron in the room, they put water katel with T bag tee with no water, no telephone to call the receptionist you need to go down to tell them for needed stuff, overall the price is expensive compared to the service.

A quiet place to stay.

The only negative thing is something went missing from my room when it was cleaned. When I tried to talk to the person who cleaned the room, she spoke no English and very little Dutch. I talked to her colleague and she said would look into it. I heard nothing back. Talking to the front desk they said they would look into it. But after they checked with housekeeping, all that I was told is that housekeeping knows nothing about nothing. That was the end of it. My loss.

Nice hotel, the room looks modern and comfortable. The staffs were nice and there are also minimart that opens 24/7. The bathroom is okay. Overall very satisfied staying there.

I stayed for 1 night and I was not at all impressed. There was a plastic box full of someone else's sandwiches in the safe. The window of the room had a huge crack in it. The soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink were both empty and housekeeping were not available to refill them. None of the English channels on the TV apart from the BBC News Channel were working. The lady on reception on the evening of my check in was helpful by finding a small bottle of shower gel for me, but this was after I had already had a shower!
