The rooms and bathrooms were in good condition although it's a bit tough to get into the shower. For us vertically challenged it's a pretty big step into the shower and the handle bar is a bit far as well so if the tub is slippery can see an accident waiting to happen. The worst was the service at their restaurant JAQ, while eating dinner we saw a mouse and told a member of the staff about it and nothing was done about it. They seemed to already be a trap in place, so they already knew about it, yet they were still open. After seeing it my party and I totally lost our appetite. We were asked to pay our bill and there was no apology from the upper management about it. The only person who apologized was the waiter who handed us our bill and said he didn't have the authority to waive the meal. Again, not stating that we were entitled to a comped meal for the inconvenience but an apology from management would've been nice.
