Navigating Rotterdam from our apartment is a breeze! Public transport is readily accessible, with a tram stop just a short walk away, providing easy connections to the city center and attractions like the Euromast. Rotterdam Central Station, a major transportation hub with train and metro connections, is approximately a 15-minute tram ride. For those arriving by air, Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM) is about a 20-minute taxi or public transport journey. Paid parking is available nearby both on the street and a closed parking area that connects to the building. Explore the city with ease!



Other Things to Note:

Two things worth knowing before you book. (1) This apartment is for short and mid-term stays (minimum 21 nights, maximum 180). The address is not available for BRP/BSN municipal registration — if you are permanently relocating to the Netherlands you will need regular rental housing that allows registration. (2) A free private parking spot in the building's garage is available subject to availability — please request one in advance. Otherwise Mathenesserlaan sits inside Rotterdam paid-parking zone 50 (€6,18/hour, central tariff); cheaper alternatives are zone 501 just west (€3,12/hour) and the municipal Museumpark garage (€1 per 14 min daytime ≈ €4,29/hour, €41/day max, about 10 min walk).
