Ok apartment
Inside, the apartment was surprisingly nice given the exterior is pretty run down. Adding to that, there were no exterior lights so you will need a flashlight to get in at night. The rental company asked for payment via wire transfer which we found sketchy since part of vrbo is secure payment options - we said no and they were fine with that but it left a bad taste for us.
All that said, the location was great and the space was decently clean and comfortable.
No special touches that make it a must stay - bring your own soap and shampoo in addition to the flashlight.

Great location
The apartment is in a great location in Rovinj, within easy walking distance of the marina and the beautiful old town. It is in a quiet location and very useful to have a parking space.
