Positives: Room was clean. Bed comfortable enough. Climate control outdated but adequate. Problems: Electrical outlets near the bed on the window side were lacking. The accessible shower/tub plumbing is confusing and the handheld personal shower wand is inadequate, dribbling water instead of a strong flow. Toilet too low, should be chair height. Disappointing, our experience was not up to what we have come to expect of Hampton Inn’s higher standards.

The property overall was pretty decent, and clean. The area where the hotel is located wasn’t the nicest, but overall we felt pretty safe. Our room had a toilet that had a handle that would stick and the toilet would continue to run unless you jiggled the handle. The sink needs to be unclogged. It took a long time for the water to drain. We did report it when we checked out. The breakfast was pretty decent, but the prepackaged scrambled eggs were loaded with sodium. Overall the staff was pretty friendly.

Great energy in Roxboro Hampton Inn!!

Hampton Inn is always my go to spot when coming to Roxboro visiting family. The highlight of my visit is see Ms. Bella and attempt to match her energy. The other highlight is seeing Ms. Pam and seeing her newest style from hair design/color to clothing. Look forward to visiting again in the near future.
