60 SQ M of living space, the apartment is located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, 3 minutes away from the main the Parade street (main town high street), 1 minute away from shops, cafés and restaurants and near public transports (8 minutes away from the Train station). Warwick University, Jaguar Land Rover, Stafford-upon-Avon and Birmingham are located 20-25 minutes away by car.

Entrance is direct from Regent Street via a private road located between The Thai Elephant Restaurant and The Carlton House. This road leads to a dedicated car park position. There is also a second entrance via Dale Street where parking is available alongside the building. From the parking spot there is a small staircase that leads to the apartment. The access is suitable for children and people with low mobility.

My co-host and I are living 3 minutes away from the apartment and are always available to interact with the guests almost immediately. We are also easy to contact on our respective mobiles.

The sitting/dining room is equipped with a dining table suitable for four people. High speed Internet broadband, a 49" TV with a built-in DVD is available with all SKY and BT channels. The apartment also has a double size sofa bed that can accommodate two adults sleeping needs.
