Logement agréable proche plage
Logement agréable avec climatisation et un petit balcon. Très proche de la plage. Très bon quartier.
Bonne communication avec le gérant (qui est sympathique et disponible).
2 points d’attention :
- le lit double à l’étage est sous une mezzanine (hauteur limitée),
- un parking disponible, mais c’est plus simple de se garer dans la rue (Parking disponible proximité)

Appartement chaleureux et propre
Séjour de quelques jours avec notre fille à Royan.
Appartement calme et bien situé.Toutefois un peu plus éloigné du centre ville que ce qui figure sur l'annonce.
Appartement idéal pour 2 personnes.Par contre à partir de 3 personnes la pièce principale est un peu exiguë lorsque le canapé est déplié mais pour quelques jours cela reste acceptable.
