Appartement avec un couchage pour deux personnes

Appartement pas mal seul bémol il est compté comme appartement pour 3 ou 4 personnes alors que le lit du canapé ne peut pas fonctionner comme un lit trop en mauvais état et pas confortable du tout l'assise ressort abîmée cela faisait des trous quand on s'asseyait une fois ouvert j'ai dormi sur le côté dossier parce que c'était en mousse et au milieu une barre en fer bien dure

Un logement tres agréable, près du centre .

Notre hôte s'est assuré de notre arrivée dans de bonnes conditions et en cours de sejour que tout se passait bien. Le lieu est très bien situé. Je recommande.

Logement cosy

Le logement est bien placé car au centre de Royat mais au fond d'une petite impasse, ce qui permet de ne pas avoir de nuisances sonores. L'arrivée autonome grâce à une boite à clés est très pratique. Le logement est très cosy et agréable et Alex est à l'écoute et réactif. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et que la douche est composée de deux portes qui ne s'ouvrent qu'à moitié, donc compliqué pour les personnes corpulentes. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un chouette séjour !

Bon emplacement

On est très bien, lit confortable et surtout bien situé ! Arrêt de bus à côté, possibilité d'aller à Clermont Ferrand sans prendre la voiture !

le + : appt bien situé, propre, bien aménagé et le prix. le - : odeur d'égoût, humidité, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et la salle de bains et réflexion du propriétaire sur soit disant des objets cassés par nous, alors qu'ils l'étaient à notre arrivée !

Joli appartement neuf.

Appartement neuf très agréable et bien situé aux portes de Clermont Ferrand. Indications précises et disponibilité de l'hôte. Espace un peu petit, notamment la douche mais très bien agencé.
