The property is built around an inner courtyard with a majestic chestnut tree and comprises a main house, a large independent bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate gîte a few steps away - all offering plenty of space and privacy, ideal for families or friends.
The main house comprises a large kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room and three welcoming bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms. In the courtyard, a large, modern, bright, air-conditioned bedroom with private bathroom is also available. The gîte, just 20 meters away, offers another kitchen, living room and additional sleeping facilities.
Outside, the swimming pool and large terrace invite you to relax and enjoy the view of nature. The nearest neighborhood is several hundred meters away. Peace and quiet guaranteed.
