The host was beyond nice! I stayed past Thanksgiving and they even whent as far as to make sure I had a dinner and company if I wasn’t going back home for the holiday. I’ve stayed here once before I still love it! I highly recommend.

Franklin Estate

The place was like an apartment. Very nice, clean, nice neighborhood. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, which was very important to me. Angela the host was great. When I had a question she replied quickly and courteously. I will be in the area again and I would definitely stay here. Thanks!

nice well kept cozy place for three

very nice and clean place. i would surely come back for another stay. our gps took us to a spot but no signs of the residence. we saw a road off to the left and decided to take it. it took us to the residence. would be helpful if there were a sign for the residence pointing in that direction. also, be sure to pull the door to you as you attempt to lock the door.

Hidden Gem

The Franklin Estate in Ruckersville VA is an absolute joy to visit. The grounds are lovely (even covered in snow) and everything was clean, convenient and comfortable. The host was attentive without being intrusive, everything was in perfect working order, amenities were inviting and, due to my winter travel, could only speculate at how fun the pool probably is. Looks like it might double as a venue of some sort, perhaps weddings or parties, but classy enough to not host a frat party. I would definitely stay here again.

I had the pleasure of spending a weekend at this property and I have to say that it was amazing. Communication with the property manager was good. She responded in timely manners. The property was cleaned and very well miantained. The rooms are definitely much larger than in th epictures. It is a good and quiet place. I will go back for sure.
