Schitterend vakantiehuis.

Het vakantiehuis heeft alles wat je kan wensen, het uitzicht, de ligging en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren van het huis zijn ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam! Kortom, een dikke 10.

Zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Sehr ordentliche und saubere Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter. Der Pool (toll für die Kinder) wird täglich gereinigt. Das Haus ist angenehm eingerichtet. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, Geschirr und Besteck sind umfangreich vorhanden. Am Pool und im Garten viele Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen, schöner Blick in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Energiekosten (Gas, Strom) waren überraschend hoch, zumal auf den Buchungsseiten beides unzutreffend als "inclusive" angegeben wird.

En sand perle!

Il Circolo er et aldeles skønt hus i virkelig smukke omgivelser! Værterne gør den lækre private pool ren hver eller hveranden dag, og de er enormt søde og hjælpsomme. Der er kræset for detaljerne i huset, og både det, terrassen og poolområdet er meget velholdte og indbydende. Alt er i det hele taget tip top, og vi giver Il Circolo vores bedste anbefalinger!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr nette Vermieter, die das Haus erklärten, Vorschläge für Ausflüge gemacht hat und täglich den Pool säuberten. Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp in Englisch mit super Wegbeschreibung zum Haus, da dieses sehr weit oben an einem Hügel lag. Das Haus war super ausgestattet mit fast allem was man so braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Gerne wieder

Eine der wenigen Unterkünfte bei der die Beschreibung des Objekts der Realität entspricht. Zustand des Gebäudes, Ausstattung der Küche, der Bäder, der Schlafräume, der Terrasse und des nahegelegenen Schwimmbades - alles perfekt. Der Vermieter half uns sogar unsere Motorräder ab-bzw. aufzuladen. Täglich wurde der aufwendige Garten gegossen und der Pool gereinigt. Etwas störend war, dass 1 Schlafzimmer an der, allerdings wenig befahrenen, Straße liegt.

Das Il Circolo ist ein wunderbares, von den sehr netten Besitzern sehr gepflegtes Haus in den Hügeln der Toskana mit toller Panoramasicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und mit tollen Möbeln ausgestattet.

groot vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht.

Mooi huis met 3 slaapkamers met prachtig uitzicht. Het winkeltje op 200 meter voor de eerste boodschappen is er helaas niet meer. Van het dorpje Rufina naar het huis is toch met de auto een hele klim van 5 km. met veel bochten en niet zonder gevaren gezien de roekeloze rijstijl van veel Italianen in de bochten als tegemoetkomend verkeer! Het huis is schoon en voldoende handdoeken zijn aanwezig. De electraprijs is erg hoog. Wij vonden toch de trap van 16 treden een groot nadeel. Voor alles moet je de trap op en af en dit wel gemiddeld p.p. 10 tot 15 maal per dag! In ieder geval daardoor niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Het zwembad is leuk en wordt prima verzorgd. Helaas half augustus is deze omgeving saai omdat vele eetgelegenheden wegens vakantie gesloten zijn. Een map met aanbevelingen in de omgeving voor uitstapjes ontbrak en eveneens geen telefoonnummers van huisarts in nood.

Excellent séjour

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, le gîte est propre et agréable, le jardin très soigné, la piscine sympathique et la vue magnifique !!! Seul bémol : dommage que le petit commerce à 200m ne soit plus en activité. Cela oblige à prendre la voiture pour la moindre course. Excellent séjour !
