Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ortskern nahen, ruhigen Seitenstraße. Unseren Gästen steht ein eigener Parkplatz am Haus zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft bietet einen ganzjährigen, zentralen Ausgangspunkt für schöne, abwechslungsreiche, ausgedehnte Wanderungen und Radtouren. Speziell für nordische und alpine Wintersportler bieten sich die nahe gelegene Langlauf-Loipe und der zu Fuß erreichbare Skilift am Westernberg an. Bahnreisende können auf Wunsch unseren kostenlosen Transfer von und zum Bahnhof in Anspruch nehmen.
Unsere im Erdgeschoss gelegende 40qm große Ferienwohnung mit einem eigenen Hauseingang liegt sehr zentral in einer verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstraße. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine eigene Terrasse, auf der sich der Tag in Ruhe genießen lässt. In der Wohnung steht ihnen ein Trockenraum für feuchte Schuhe und Kleidung zur Verfügung. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und ruhig, sehr zentral in Ruhpolding gelegen. Alles nötige ist zu Fuß zu erledigen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles sehr neu eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wird gerne weiterempfohlen, Preisleistung stimmt.

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Für uns hat es auf jeden Fall gereicht und wir fahren auf jeden Fall nochmal dort hin. Das Badezimmer ist der Knaller und Behindertengerecht. Alles TipTop sauber. Die Vermieterin supernett. Ins Dorf fünf Minuten Fußweg. Und den Ruhrpoldinger Hof können wir sehr empfehlen, Wir waren nur einmal woanders essen, da Mittwoche Ruhetag.

Von der Ferienwohnung erreicht man in fünf Minuten den Ortskern von Ruhpolding.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und schön Eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man in einer Küche so braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!!!👍👍👍

Schöne, kleine FeWo in toller Umgebung

Super gelegene FeWo in schönem Wandergebiet. Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Backofen, ansonsten ist alles super.

Kurzurlaub Wanderurlaub

zentral aber ruhig gelegen, Ortsmitte mit Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sportaktivitäten sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wohnung super ausgestattet, aber kein Backofen, nur eine Mikrowellen/Grillkombination. Preisleistungsverhältnis top.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 2

Wir haben dort 12 sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: - äußerst saubere Wohnung - top ausgestattete Küche (für ein großes Vesper und auch zum Kochen ist alles da) - perfekte Lage (ruhiges Wohngebiet, trotzdem läuft man nur 5 Minuten ins Zentrum) -> Radtouren, Wandertouren, Shopping oder Essen gehen in Ruhpolding - alles ohne Auto möglich - großer TV (falls es sich mal einregnet ;)) Fazit: Wir würden diese Fewo wieder buchen!

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Ich war im Rahmen meiner Fortbildung „Sportmedizin“ in Ruhpolding. Die Wohnung war 2 min fussläufig zum Pfarrzentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Personen, alles war vorhanden.

Sehr sauber und gute lage

In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Jede Kleinigkeit die man brauchen könnte, war vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen direkt die Chiemgauer Karte, womit man einiges an Geld vor Ort sparen konnte. Die Lage war auch super zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Direkt an unserem Häuschen war ein Wanderweg zur Kirche hoch. Fazit : immer wieder gerne!
